Fred brings a diverse background to his legal practice, as he is a Registered Nurse with a broad range of experience from medical consulting to product liability litigation. He currently defends several multinational product manufacturers in product liability/breach of warranty lawsuits brought under the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act and Florida's Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Mohre has a wide variety of complex litigation experience, including product liability defense, unfair and deceptive trade practice litigation, fire and accident based subrogation matters, and general commercial litigation.
